A multinational company that produces medical tools and appliances wanted to start gaining visibility as a diagnostics company that provided reliable and high-value testing products for the B2C market. Therefore, we aimed to develop their social media content into one that resonates with their target audience and highlighted the client’s competitive edge to suit the targeted B2C market.

We maintained an active social media account and co-created content with KOLs and health experts to garner better engagement with their target audience. We also conducted product campaigns through media events and conducted thought leadership activities with top-tier media and held events with experts. Our services generated hundred of publications worth around Rp7,9 billion in total PR value, including two exclusive interviews with the Country Director appearing in The Jakarta Post and Tempo; one of the most prominent medias in Indonesia.
